Pizza Hut Bistro

Gone are the days when the only thing you order at a pizza restaurant is pizza.  I remember devouring slices of thick pan pizza whenever we dined at Pizza Hut back in the 80s and even the 90s.  They have extended their menu to include soup, pasta, salad, wings and more so we got a variety of dishes for dinner one night.

I really liked the 3 Cheese Bacon and Spinach Tuscani Pizza which was oozing with flavor.  Tuscani pizza crusts are soft on the inside then slightly crispy on the outside.

Another must try flavorful gourmet pizza with spinach, bacon with bechamel sauce, layer with 3 cheeses - parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella

My sister's Cream of Chicken soup brought a smile to my face.  Great presentation, light and creamy taste.

Any potato loving, french fry addict will enjoy the Hut Patatas.  Some pieces are a bit oily though.

The Olive Garden Salad was good.

Freshly picked lettuce, roasted bell peppers, black olives, cucumber and herbed croutons; tossed with silky Italian dressing

I was intrigued by the Texas Bake and my expectations were high.  It was just so so.

The New Orleans Chicken Wings were soft, tender and tasty.

A Mango Citrus Cooler sounded so refreshing after walking around the mall.  This tall glass must have doubled in volume since I kept on adding water.  It was way too sweet and hurt my throat.

I appreciated these complimentary breadsticks which were served at the start of the meal.  It appeased my growling stomach for a bit.

I love that they have provided consumers with a whole range of options but I would still stick to ordering pan pizzas at Pizza Hut and request for toasted crusts.
