Bugsy's Bar & Bistro

Ever since I stumbled upon DCF's post on the Unbelievably Good P595 Steak, I've been lusting over it.  I place Bugsy's on my list of must try restaurants and it moved up to the front of the pack when I snagged a Groupon deal for food and drinks at Bugsy's for half the price.

The Bugsy Siegel was huge and definitely meant for sharing.  The steak was so soft and tender.  Some bites were more peppery than others though but I loved that extra kick.  I could probably finish the whole thing on an empty stomach.  I ate the creamy chunky mashed potatoes with a dash of the steak sauce.

Our famous USDA Angus rib eye (1 inch thick, minimum 400 grams) grilled to your preference served with mashed potatoes, green beans and a red wine sauce.

The Fish and Chips tasted good too.  I didn't take it with the sauce which had butter pieces floating around.  I was saving room for the steak so I hardly touched the fries.

The Taco Salad was beautifully arranged.  It was rich in flavor and a real tummy filler.

I would have picked the table with the high bar stools if I weren't wearing a skirt and if I thought our orders would fit on the table.

This table was too big for us but it would have been cool to hang out here.  My lolo who used to frequent the casino would probably be delighted to see this.

I must admit that my concentration was mostly on the Bugsy Siegel so I didn't pay much attention to the other dishes.  I would love to sample Bugsy's extensive menu and maybe even sneak in that oh so wonderful steak again.
