Tofu and Veggies in Oyster Sauce


The expiry on the tofu I fried was coming up so we had to finish them before they spoiled.  


What I used

  • vegetable oil
  • carrot, peeled and cut into rectangular pieces
  • green beans, sliced diagonally
  • oyster sauce
  • leftover fried tofu, coated with ajinomoto crispy fry breading mix

What I did

  • stir fried the carrots and green beans in vegetable oil
  • added oyster sauce
  • then combined the tofu

Not bad for an experiment.  I'm not fond of soft and squishy tofu but the oyster sauce was absorbed well and was pretty bearable for me.
