The expiry on the tofu I fried was coming up so we had to finish them before they spoiled.
- vegetable oil
- carrot, peeled and cut into rectangular pieces
- green beans, sliced diagonally
- oyster sauce
- leftover fried tofu, coated with ajinomoto crispy fry breading mix
What I did
- stir fried the carrots and green beans in vegetable oil
- added oyster sauce
- then combined the tofu
Not bad for an experiment. I'm not fond of soft and squishy tofu but the oyster sauce was absorbed well and was pretty bearable for me.
