Yoshinoya

Yoshinoya is our go to place for affordable japanese fastfood.  We usually get the Gyudon and Chicken Teriyaki jumbo plate because of the vegetables.  They are crisp and tastes like a toned done version of chopsuey.  The chicken is soft and a bit on the sweet side.  The gyudon is tender but usually needs a dash of soy sauce or spices.

For several months, our RCBC Bankard credit card had a tie up with Yoshinoya.

We could get a free order of any jumbo plate for every charge slip worth P2,000.  We tried the Gyudon and Ebi Tempura for a change.  Since I'm used to Saisaki's Ebi Tempura, this one pales in comparison.

For every charge slip worth P1,000 we could claim a bowl of Yakiniku.  A few hours after eating this dish, I could still taste the smokey grilled goodness.  Our meals aren't complete without the spices and ginger seen in the picture below.

The promo may have ended but our love affair with Yoshinoya shall continue.
